2D barcodes can contain thousands of characters of information.  This information is easily read by special bar code scanner or appropriate document AutoCard document management software).

Several popular GP practice management software systems are now able to produce all the request details in a single 2D bar code. PathRequest GP Server reads the these forms, and places the orders into the PathRequest system for review.
